Eye Heart Science Pty Ltd (ABN 71 618 163 367) creates hands-on STEAM kits and activity products designed to spark curiosity and a love of learning in children aged 5-12. Purchases made through our site are governed by the following terms.

We work hard to ensure our product descriptions, photos, and availability are accurate. From time to time, products may be updated or improved, out of stock, or priced incorrectly due to human error. If an issue arises, we'll always contact you to offer an option that works for you - refund, replacement, or alternative.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. We may change our pricing at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping
We ship across Australia using reliable fulfilment partners. Shipping costs, timeframes, and tracking details are displayed at checkout. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control. We'll always support you if an issue arises - contact us at info@eyeheart.com.au.

6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Wonder Guarantee on all products except our Prototype Project range. If something isn't right, please email info@eyeheart.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Our full Returns & Refunds Policy applies and forms part of these Terms.

7. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to one of our ongoing packs or kits:

  • Billing occurs automatically at the interval you select
  • You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • Prices may change and we will notify you in advance
  • Subscription orders renew automatically unless cancelled

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain up to date.

8. Safety & Supervision
Our products are designed with safety in mind. However, some activities involve small parts, tools, or materials suitable only for certain age groups. By purchasing, you agree to read all instructions before use, provide appropriate adult supervision where indicated, and use materials only as intended. We are not responsible for misuse of products outside the recommended guidelines.
