Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is received, unless otherwise stated (for example, during pre-orders or special campaign launches).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For Prototype Project kits, the product itself is free - customers only pay for shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or over Christmas and New Year due to courier delays.
